In the category called benefits, can we split medical/dental insurance into
two categories and add eye care?

Could we add quality of life benefits, such as telecommuting, flexible work
hours, and also such other benefits as overtime pay, cafeteria plan, and
retirement? Some RM positions are salaried and do not offer OT, others do
pay OT.

My last employer contributed 10% of my salary into my retirement account.
My present employer only matches money contributed to the 401K by 50% but
offers no other kind of retirement plan besides the 401K.

Is this what we're trying to get at by estimating the value of the benefit
package?
