I believe the book, Teaching Test-Taking Skills: Helping Students Show
What They Know, by Thomas Scruggs and Margo Mastropieri is available.
This text is published by Brookline Books. How to Take Tests by Walter
Pauk and Jason Millman is another book written specifically around test
taking but I am not sure this book is in print. Walter Pauk's How To Study
In College addresses some test prep and test taking skills.

Hope this helps.
