SMNWR is St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, south of Tallahassee. The ibis
was seen in the first water body on the left.  It was in the shallower south
(far) end of the impoundment.

Go past the boat ramp on the right and look for flocks of dark ibises.  A
good scope is helpful if the birds are far away.  The red eye and red facial
skin are quite distinctive when seen well.
