A single male Bronzed Cowbird was seen in a small oak, in the edge of the cattails, right behind the clubhouse, on the SE side of the parking lot of Skyview GC, on Thurs 2/22/01, about 3 pm. There were many Brown-headed Cowbird flocks in the trees along the lake on the east side of the road entering the golf course community, as well as numerous other Icterids. In the tree with the Bronzed were B-h Cowbirds, Red-winged Blackbirds and a grackle, all at the same time, a nice comparison!
