Seen today (Wed., June 20) was an adult male Black-throated Blue Warbler at A.D. Barnes Park in Miami. The bird was preening, feeding and singing, staying quite high in several trees within the Nature Center. Also seen was a Brown Thrasher family -- both adults and 3 fledglings were out and about. One of the fledglings crawled on the ground with its wings spread, using them as paddles; it mostly hopped...

Good birding,
