Bill - I agree with you on that. Although the speaker at our recent
Atlanta ARMA meeting told us that microfilm will soon be obsolete
He stated that using microfilm will become more expensive
than digitizing information, and then migrating it again every
3-5 years, and thus the practice will fade away. I don't buy it.
He gave an otherwise entertaining presentation of 'technology to
come' and wasn't selling imaging.

Hi Amy,
Now why didn't anyone think of using microfilm to conserve space and
guarantee future generations of a human readable record?
