The Greater Chattanooga Area Chapter of ARMA will host a one-day seminar on
April 9 featuring John C. Montana. This Mock Trial will show how an actual
trial is conducted. It will dramatically show what the end result of a poor
records management program can be. This comes at a particularly relevant
time since the Enron/Anderson records management issues are seen in the news

The trial participants will be a two attorneys, a judge, and four witnesses.
Mr. Montana will serve as one of the attorneys and orchestrate the trial.
Mr. Montana is a records management and legal consultant based in
Landenberg, PA. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver,
and is a contributing editor to the Information Management Journal. He is
also a frequent speaker at the ARMA International Conferences.

The seminar cost is $50.00 if registered by March 22 and $65.00 thereafter.
