SPEAKER BIOGRAPHICAL DATA
        George C. Cunningham,
a Washington, DC area-based, internationally-recognized consultant has been
providing consulting services to clients in records management and
associated disciplines for more than 20 years.  He has been with firms such
as Price Waterhouse and was that company's leading records management
expert.

Mr. Cunningham has managed relocation projects, the design and installation
of other administrative and support operations systems for a wide range of
clients and as an expert witness on matters relating to records and document
management.  He has served on the boards of directors of both service and
technology organizations; has lectured in the United States and abroad to
university audiences, professional groups and bar associations; is a
published author; is a member of ARMA and AIIM, and an associate member of
both the American Bar Association and the DC Bar Association.
