The Great Lakes Region of the National Archives and Records Administration announces a workshop titled "Federal Records Management Principles and Practices" to be held on May 7-9, 2002 in Cincinnati, OH.  The workshop will be held at the Westin Hotel in downtown Cincinnati.   The Cincinnati Reds will be in town and playing the Milwaukee Brewers May 6th. - 8th!

An advanced 2  -day workshop, the curriculum provides knowledge necessary to promote, evaluate, and improve Federal agency records management programs.  Managers, management analysts, administrative officers, system professionals, and other specialists involved with the development, implementation, or oversight of a Federal records or information management program will find this workshop to be an invaluable educational experience.

Joseph Suster, Galen Wilson, John Stewart, James Hurst and Marybelle Yeazel  with NARA's Great Lakes Region will teach the workshop.  The cost is $300.00 and the registration deadline is April 30, 2002.  Participants will be responsible for their travel, meals, and lodging costs.
