Does anyone
know of work on how the social networks of persons with
Disabilities
compare with the social networks of people without disabilities?
I know there
is a great deal on the need for, and effects of, social support networks
for health
outcomes and for quality of life, but what I am looking for is information
on whether persons
with disabilities tend to have smaller social networks, fewer
"weak
ties", less network range, etc.
