Birded St. Marks NWR (Wakulla Co.) yesterday. Terrible weather, great
birding. In addition to the usual suspects, I had Stilt Sandpipers,
Caspian Tern, RT Hummingbird, and Red Knots. Best bird of the day was a
fly-over Sandhill Crane, a species listed for the refuge as rare in the
fall and winter and not present in spring and fall. There is also a single
Lesser Scaup in the lighthouse pond that looks like juvenile plumage.

Have fun,

Tom Curtis
