Hi: For what it's worth, I have some pix of the Kelp Gull from Sandgate, MD taken a few years ago if anyone is interested. I did see the other bona fide record of this species in Galveston, TX in 1997 I think but I didn't take any pix of that bird. I'm no laridophile so I'll keep out of the discussion. . . .
