-How does your Records & Information Management department assist employees
in distinguishing between Original Records & Casual Correspondence Records?
-Does anyone have a checklist or questions to ask regarding what constitutes
a Casual Correspondence Record they would be willing to share?   (What we
are finding is that end users do not feel comfortable making the
classification based off a definition and a few examples of casual
correspondence records.)
