Jackie,
Referring to your question concerning GAIN software, you may be able to get
some help from the company website, www.triaddsoftware.com. But I would
assume you already have that.

I do know that sometimes you may have a problem in Windows 2000 where an
application needs a newer version of the Microsoft MDAC file. I would
recommend that you go to the Microsoft site and download MDAC v2.7 to your
workstation and see if that corrects the problem.

Please let me know if it works...I do consulting work in the RM industry and
like to keep abreast of issues (and their resolutions!).

Thanks,

Subject: Does GAIN for Windows work with Windows 2000

We recently got a new computer with Windows 2000, but our ITS staff cannot
get GAIN for Windows to operate. Does anyone know whether GAIN for Windows
is incompatible with Windows 2000? For the record, we also had difficulty
getting GAIN for Windows to work with Windows '95 and Windows '98. I am
already aware of GAIN 2000, so I only need to have the question above
answered.

Thanks
