Doug: The study you refer to by Rosenberg and Evans covers mostly the east coast of Florida. Correct me if I'm wrong, but little work has been done on the night migration flights of Neotropical passerines (especially Catharus thrushes) along the Gulf Coast, especially in South-central and Southwest Florida.
