Marge: I use the North Carolina State University's "A Look at Productive Tutoring Techniques." There are eight modules and I have written the training around those modules. Although I also have the UCLA tapes, I prefer the NCSU tapes. The UCLA tapes are very good; I just like the NCSU tapes and their Instructor's Manual.
