The park rangers are concerned about the cars which are crossing the
bike path and parking at the tower area too close to the path, and so
we'd like to request that you park across the main highway in the paved
parking lot. They have always been extremely considerate of birders and
go out of their way to be accommodating, so please keep the parking away
from that strip as they prefer.

Also, viewing would be better served if everyone stays on the sand road
without cutting through to the back side or walking through the back
areas away from the road. The Bananaquit does disappear from time to
time but comes back in to feed or suddenly appears. It may rest in
other areas, but it can be seen from the road at its feeding spots

Thanks for your cooperation and have a pleasant experience. (Early
morning is best time as I'm told there are frequent live performances
then, the earlier the better).
