Anyone have details on patents held by Netform ( www.netform.com )?

US PTO search for "social network":

4 key patents on "Role-Based Access", held by US *NIST*, to prevent monopolization of RBAC market:
  http://csrc.nist.gov/rbac/#patents

Any SNA patents held by NIST? Having key RBAC patents held by the government did not prevent commercialization of RBAC. Many subsequent patents were issued to private companies, with narrow scope. Are there other examples of defensive, market-making patents held by governments?
