The Houston Firefighters' Relief & Retirement Fund has the following position available:

                RECORDS MANAGER: Public pension fund seeks a Records Manager to implement and maintain the document imaging system. Individual will develop policies & procedures, supervise the scanning/indexing/filing, and maintain & restructure internal network files.  MUST have solid background in records management.    Candidate must know and understand document standards, methods, theories & practices, retention policies & schedules for local governmental entities, & the Texas Public Information Act.  College degree in analytical major or 5 years of equivalent work experience required.  CRM and experience with File Net a plus. Ideal candidate will have worked in a "paperless" work environment and have excellent PC, analytical, problem solving, writing and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of management. Successful candidate will be working in a superb environment among closely-knit staff and board members.  Salary  $50K to mid-$60K DOQ.
