Presentation:  The moment of truth for your organization's records management is here. You as the Records Manager have written an electronic records management plan. You outlined your requirements for tracking all media forms. You are also prepared to document your decisions.  Now is the time to choose a records management software application.  To help inform your decisions, ARMA Gaithersburg is pleased to present a vendor panel to speak about several topics with respect to their software's capabilities, features, and problem solving.  The two representatives are:

Roy Nabel, RCO

The panel is preparing to discuss: e-mail management, electronic imaging in conjunction with electronic signatures, basic records tracking features, workflow, record metadata and retention, security, and system integration.

Menu: Choice of one: Combination Seafood Platter; Sirloin Steak; Baked Atlantic Salmon Filet; Broiled Deep Sea Scallops; Baked Boneless Chicken Breast. Includes Tomato Juice, Fresh Tossed Garden Salad, Coffee or Tea and Chocolate Sundae.  A vegetarian option is available upon request.  Cash bar.

Cost: $25.00 members; $ 30.00 nonmembers.  Checks or Cash at the Door only.

Directions: From the Capitol Beltway (I-495), take the Georgia Avenue (MD Route 97) Exit 31, North.  Go north approximately 1.5 miles until you come to University Boulevard (MD Route 193).  Turn left, and Anchor Inn is at the Northwest corner of the intersection of University Boulevard and Georgia Avenue.
