Sorry for the delayed post. Had a Louisiana Waterthrush in my backyard
just east from Tallahassee (Leon Co.) on saturday. Yesterday at St. Marks
NWR (Wakulla Co.) had the first decent numbers of shorebirds in quite a
while. Behind the lighthouse were spotted sandpiper, least and
semipalm/western (the latter were too far out for good ID) sandpipers,
several dozen Dowitchers, and 50 or so Willets. Also found a Seaside
Sparrow with a fledgling, although the list for the refuge says Seasides
don't breed there.

Have fun,

Tom Curtis
