You are correct in stating that records, regardless of form, format, or media created and stored on need to be assessed on a content basis.  If you are going directly to a web format and skipping the print process altogether, those are original records that need to be managed according to content.

It's not the media, it's the contentn that matters.  Since, according to your address, you work for Sprint, I would think the frst place to look would be the multitude regulations offered by the FCC.
