Pajek 0.94 is available at
   http://vlado.fmf.uni-lj.si/pub/networks/pajek/

In this version and version 0.93 several minor bugs are fixed.
Several basic operations can now be done in-place (not
creating a new network, but transforming the current network) -
important for memory critical analyses.
Some operations to transform vertex values into line weights
are added.
Improved communication with statistical package R.
The islands algorithm (for vertex values and for line
weights) is implemented. For a short description and an
application to US patents network (4M vertices, 16M arcs) see
   http://vlado.fmf.uni-lj.si/pub/networks/doc/dagstuhl/large.pdf

A chapter about Pajek (and one about Visione) appeared in
Jünger, M., Mutzel, P., (Eds.) Graph Drawing Software.
