The Florida Records Management Association is soliciting speakers for
the 13th Annual Records and Information Management Conference on May 4 -
6, 2005 at the Embassy Suites in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Florida Records Management Association is an organization of
professional individuals and agencies involved with or concerned about
the management of public / private Records and Information within the
State of Florida. The association cooperates with the Florida Bureau of
Archives and Records Management, but is independent from that agency.
The not-for-profit association sponsors  Mid-Year and Annual seminars
for a low cost each year.

The association was formed in 1991 and has over 300 members.
Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) credits will be available for
the conference attendees.

address.

Please send an abstract (not exceeding 250 words) of your proposed
presentation and a brief biography to the Director of Programs, Tracy

By October 1, 2004. You will be notified by November 1, 2004 if your
presentation has been accepted.
