Hello,

Tonight the Buff-breasted Sandpiper stayed on the mud flat at Gulf
Harbors Golf Course in New Port Richey till dusk. This morning it was
also easy to find at first light, along with 38 Roseate Spoonbills (two
had red leg bands) and 6 Reddish Egrets enjoying the slight increase in
water level at the golf driving range from some additional rain last
night.

The early fall ducks at the golf course, Redhead, Blue-winged Teal,
Northern Shoveler have now been joined by 6 American Coots. The winter
ducks here were contrasted by a Pied-billed Grebe I found feeding 6
small chicks?
