There are many tools in the blog area that are not limited to blogs but look
at all web traffic. Look at Technorati (this one may be just blogs), PubSuB,
Feedster, etc. Each has different characteristics and works off different
data like links or RSS feeds.  Google has the best spiders and captures the
most links. Some of the others operate in a window of time so there totals
are more time bound.

Does anybody know a search engine/easily accessible software to collect
information on outgoing linkages from a webpage/domain like the google
function "who links to you" for incoming linkages?
