There are network-oriented analysis of transnational communities (not very
often a SNA application) in the Journal Global Networks:

The issue July 2001 - Vol. 1 Issue 3 Page 181-306 is dedicate to
transnational and migrant networks. And a new special issue on that topic is
coming soon.
