RE: UF HISPANIC GRADUATE STUDENT SYMPOSIUM: 22 SEPTEMBER 2006
The annual UF Hispanic Graduate Student Symposium will take place from 6:00
p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, 22 September 2006 in Room 282 of the J. Wayne
Reitz Union on the University of Florida campus in Gainesville, Florida.
Sponsored by the UF Hispanic Graduate/Professional Student Association, this
event showcases research and scholarship done by Hispanic graduate students
in a variety of majors. After the academic presentations, there will be a
forum where graduate student life issues (involvement opportunities, job
search tips, hints on affordable books, etc.) will be discussed.
Both graduate and undergraduate students are encouraged to attend. Food and
refreshments will be provided.
