What does it assess, and when it 'prescribes' coursework, who delivers the medicine? (Do you have the courses already, and it prescribes placement, and do students agree... how's it work :-)? What do you mean by "success rate" of 70%? Trying to get a picture in my mind...

At Nassau Community College we use a wonderful on-line program called A+dvancer. It is an online courseware college-readinss product that we have found to be extremely successful for our developmental students.

As 68% of our students show a need for at least one remedial course when they begin college, we were in need of a an online assessment that could prescribe "individual" coursework. The A+dvancer program does just that.

It is very easy to use, very student friendly, and very reasonably priced. Both admistrators and faculty are very pleased with the product. The success rate in math has been above 70%. So the results show that the A+dvancer program really works.

You can see a demo at www.advancerlearning.com
