If there are any radar migration nerds out there, the conditions for 
tonight are setting up for the possibility of a good flight out of Cuba. 
     Weather stations in the Keys are reporting south to southeast 
winds. The Key West radar seems to be working again after a 2-3 day 
outage, so the migration should be observable.  To view the radar check...

...and click on BYX on the map.  If migrants are departing they should 
appear by 01:00 UTC.

As always, any ground-thruthing observations will be appreciated.
