Hey y'all,

Two of us spent several hours this (Wednesday) morning and early afternoon
combing parts of Ft DeSoto Park (St Pete, Pinellas Co). Very little
happening--large numbers of Palm Warblers and Yellow-rumps, Gray Catbirds, a
Kestrel, male Northern Harrier and small numbers of shore birds. Most
interesting was a Carolina Wren at the mulberry area skulking through the
lantana etc.emerging long enough to scold the pair of us and then diving in
out of the wind. This is only the second one I have seen on the island and
the first in several years.

Regards,
Lee
