Hi,

Regarding FERPA: We had a FERPA representative here from Washington,
DC and he clearly stated that SI leaders seeing grades do not violate
any FERPA provisions. SI leaders are perceived by FERPA as having a
legitimate educational interest.

Best wishes to all..............................

I guess my question would be: What about FERPA? My understanding is
that
students aren't supposed to see other students' grades. Even if the
SI
leader is not enrolled in the course, I think it's definitely an
ethical
issue, if not a legal issue.
