Assistant Director, Ballotti Learning Center - Member of center academic
support team, specifically responsible for managing various initiatives for
students on academic probation and first-generation college students, and
serving as liaison for AHANA academic support programming. Requires a
Master's degree in developmental education, higher education, or a related
field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience working
with at-risk student populations and diverse student populations; and
experience teaching learning strategies/college success courses or
presenting academic skills workshops.  Demonstrated success working in
academic support programs at the college level, academic coaching
experience, experience assessing student learning, and knowledge of learning
theories are strongly preferred.  Deadline for applications is August 1,
