That's frightening, but not really new.

In a similar vein, the 1965 Italian movie, " La Battaglia di Algeri" (The
Battle of Algiers) shows the French Colonel drawing network diagrams on
the board to show his men how to identify members of the FLN "terrorists."
This kind of thing is not new, nor is it confined to the USA.
