On our campus we use ACCUTRAC and it keeps track of why the students are here (study hall, tutoring, etc.). We then print a report each week for the coaches and activity sponsors of their students. Each student with a scholarship is required to spend at least 3 hours a week in the Student Success Center under study hall. Some coaches prefer to spend this time with their students and they reserve our quiet study room for an evening or two a week for their activity for study hall. Each sponsor looks at this time differently. If you have any further questions, please ask.
