with the Coordinator of the Academic Enrichment Program, the Director of
Academic Support Services for Student Athletes, the Director of Writing and
Tutoring Support Services, the Coordinator of Freshman Advising, and the
Director of the Academic Discovery Program.

Position Qualifications: Masterís degree with expertise in
reading/writing/literacy or a related discipline as well as 3 to 5 years
experience in learning support services at the college level. Experience
teaching/tutoring/advising diverse groups of students, especially freshmen,
is preferred. Familiarity with current technologies and research that
relate to learning support services, plus excellent interpersonal and
organizational skills are essential.
