Susan,

We are looking at extending up to bridge the gap between our existing exit level course and the reading intensive college level Psychology, History, and Government courses.

Just curious: Are you looking to extend up (bridge a yawning gap
between your top level and 101), extend down (deal with lower levels),
or spread out (takes more than two semesters to get to 101)?

I'm looking for a community college that offers at least three levels
of developmental reading. We currently offer two levels and are
considering developing a third level. We're looking for good models,
examples of other Texas institutions that have done something similar,
with the possibility of visiting and/or corresponding with
representatives from such an institution. Feel free to contact me
off-list at [log in to unmask]

Thanks,
