As a recent member of this list I have gained so much knowledge and 
respect that I am asking for your assistance.

Our company, a global chemical manufacturer (approx 14,000 employees), is 
in the initial stages of implementing procedures and tools for a RIM 
program.  We currently use an older version of OmniRIM for our boxed paper 
records management, but did not have any standardization for Department 
identification at the onset and now have many variations for the same 
thing (ACCT, Finance, ACCT/FIN, etc.).  We are planning an upgrade and I 
would like to standardize this naming prior to the roll over of data. 
Here's the there a location for or does anyone have any 
similar type naming structures that they would be willing to share.
