I"m swiping a few things from that book for my 1:00 presentation "How to Fall In Love wtih Math." (Afterwards I'll upload soemthing onto my site and I'll send y'all a link.) The workbook has a lot of excellent info to help convey to students some of the specific realities about learning math.

Will students be applying study skills in the class to math (which could, I suppose, be done with differentiation by where their skills & knowledge are)? Or would it be a "support course" backing up math they're enrolled in (which would make more sense to me)?

Subject: math study skills

Hi,

I am looking for information and/or syllabi for math study skills
courses. We are thinking about developing a mandatory course for at-risk
students.

Thanks
