Joe, from what I understand, one of the best things to do is send in the
official job descriptions of all of your relevant positions.  They don't
want to see a resume or anything like that.  When I applied, I sent in
my job description and my boss wrote a short letter to send with it to
verify that that company job description was, in fact, the one that I
held.
