POSITION: Instructor of Reading and Study Skills
EMPLOYMENT DATE: August 25, 2008	
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Renewable, Full-time 
JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time, tenure-track faculty position in reading to
teach various courses in reading and study skills.  Other
responsibilities include curriculum development, academic advising,
professional development, service on College committees, and other
duties assigned by the Dean of Academic Affairs.  
QUALIFICATIONS:	Master's Degree in Education required.  A
specialization in reading or literacy is preferred.  Experience teaching
reading and/or study skills in a college classroom setting is highly

population, including non-traditional and under-prepared students, is
highly desirable.
EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $35,000 - $40,000 starting salary and
