Re:        MENTORING AWARD NOMINATIONS DUE OCTOBER 17

All UF graduate students are eligible to nominate faculty members for the annual UF Graduate School Doctoral Mentoring Awards, which encourage and recognize excellence, innovation and effectiveness in mentoring doctoral and Master of Fine Arts students at the University of Florida.

Nominations for the 2008-2009 awards are due at your college dean's office by Friday, October 17 2008.  To nominate a faculty member, please download the application packet from this link on the UF Graduate School website...

...and read the instructions.  You must fill out the nomination form and write a letter of support to nominate a faculty member.  This application packet is a PDF file you can read, fill out and print with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you do not have this program on your computer, you can download it online for free from this link:

Once again, the college deadline for nominations is Friday, 17 October 2008.
