From yesterday's NY Times - one of the most thoughtful articles I've seen
about the biology of "weeds" and the ecological implications of climate
change. My position is basically the same as Emerson's. with an exception
for poison ivy. If kudzu is good for ethanol, I'd be willing to be that air
potato is too.
