Seeking professional level support in the areas of academic support services, with an emphasis on writing, study strategies, group/individual tutoring and disability support services.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.. Minimum of two years teaching/tutoring experience involving writing and study strategies preferred, especially in higher education setting. Successful candidate must possess expertise in teaching and learning strategies applied to a wide range of academic disciplines. Demonstrated ability to provide one-on-one academic learning support to students, especially in the areas of writing and study strategies.  Experience in conducting workshops around writing and study strategies preferred. Ability to work with disability student population.  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with students, staff, faculty, alumni, and parents also required.  Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
