Is anyone aware of data of the impact of course withdrawals on graduation and retention rates?  If a student has unlimited withdrawals, does this affect time to graduation or retention?  How does unlimited withdrawals impact budgets and cost factors in making sure enough course sections are available the next semester?  What are some reasons to limit or not limit the number of withdrawals a student is permitted?
