The BIS Conference is held annually and is a leading world conference in the area of Business Information Systems. Submissions are rigorously refereed. Accepted papers are published in the Springer's Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing Series. After a long hiatus, the domain of Law and Information Technology is finally receiving much attention, not only from researchers, but also from practitioners. Hence there is a need for forums that discuss new research and innovative applications in Law and Information Technology.
