I'm curious as to whether any of you are using advisory teams or steering committees (they may also be known by other names) in your RM programs?  I'm working on a couple of presentations on this topic and would be interested in speaking with you about your experiences.  I'm especially interested in how your team or committee is set up (who's on it/from what function/what are their roles), how often you meet, what kinds of things are on your agenda, is the team working (or not), and why, etc.  I'd also be interested in all the pros and cons you may have regarding such a team/committee.

Please contact me off-list if you can share your experiences with me.  I may use some of your ideas in the presentation, but you'll remain as anonymous as you'd like to.  I'd also like to talk with anyone who doesn't have such a team or committee, but would like to start one.
