It's all included in 100 Things. For tutor training, hundreds of institutions nationally use The Master Tutor. It specifically pinpoints what tutors should and should not do to assist students whether traditional, non-traditional, or with defined disabilities. Most help students to problem solve their own difficulties with the goal to make students independent versus dependent on tutoring. Your situation is shared by many internationally.
