MEMORANDUM

TO:	Graduate Coordinators and Graduate Staff

RE:	Required changes to collection process of thesis/dissertation fees 

Please be advised that the Graduate School was required to make changes to the process of collecting fees for thesis/dissertation students because of Financial Services' recent changes to over-the-counter cashiering services.

The Graduate School will no longer collect fee receipts as part of the first submission process.

Students should submit their document to the Editorial Services Office (224B HUB).  Within 10 working days, Financial Services will apply the appropriate charges to the student's account, which can be viewed on ISIS. 

These changes in the Graduate School process are included in the most recent checklists.
