Mike,

It looks like most (all?) of the models linked on the NetLogo website are broken.  Is there someplace else that one can look at them, and/or are you able to fix the broken links?

ex:

Modeling networks, and particularly being able to model the diffusion of something through a network is of great interest so I'm looking forward to diving into NetLogo to not only see if it can help us but also to learn a bit about how it goes about doing what it does.  If you have any pointers on that front I'd be most appreciative.

Cheers,
Steve

Bob,

Another way of analyzing this might be to use an "agent-based-modelling"
approach like that used in NetLogo ( http://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/ ).
This is a free application available from Northwestern Univ and it has
model libraries as part of the package.  One of the sample models is called
"Virus on a Network".  There are also generic diffusion models for networks
and 'infection' models.

Regards,
Mike.
